Clubroom Updates:
We are now allowed 100 patrons in our Clubrooms, however the 2-metre distance between tables still applies as does the seated service. Due to our limited staff numbers, there may be the odd night where we cannot have 100 patrons in our Clubrooms due to what our staff numbers can handle on that evening, however we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our Thursday Club nights will not return until we are able to move freely around the Club and no Member Draws will happen while we still have limited member numbers allowed.
Wednesday night roasts are still happening and next week it will be our roast pork for $15.00
Saturday evening our special from the kitchen will be a Thai Chicken Curry, and we will be playing the ABs V South Africa at 7.05pm.
Subscription due:
All renewal subscriptions for 2021-22 will now incur a late penalty fee of $20.00 as the 20th September has now passed.
Voting Papers:
Voting forms for committee must be received by the office no later than 4pm today Friday 24th September. The votes will be counted today after 4pm and all nominees advised this weekend of the outcome. An email will be sent to all members on Monday informing you of your new Committee.
AGM and Prizegiving – Sunday 24th October, at 5PM
Because our AGM & Prizegiving should take place when NZ is at a level one and that everyone has the opportunity to attend and enjoy the occasion, it has been decided in the interests of members’ health and safety to postpone the event until Labour Weekend Sunday 24th October at 5pm
(we hold our snapper tournament on Saturday 23rd October). It is possible in these uncertain times that a further postponement may be necessary.
