$1500 Draw Must Go
This Thursday 21st December 2023 the $1500 jackpot must be drawn. Wouldn’t this be great to have the week before Christmas! Would tidy up a fair few of the Chrissy presents 😊 So, make sure you’re down at the club this Thursday – it’s the last raffle night this year for hams, heaps of whole sirloins, rolled pork roasts and fresh meat packs.
Visitor Sign In – Membership Checks
We’re expecting a large turnout this Thursday and will be running membership checks at the door. Visitors are VERY welcome, but must be signed in by a member who is responsible for them while on our premises. This is a requirement of our liquor license, and any breaches of this process will have a negative impact on our club. A reminder to members that if you sign in a guest three time we’d like to get a membership form under their noses!
Wednesday Christmas Roast
This weeks Wednesday Roast will have a Christmas theme featuring roast ham and chicken. Come on down let us take the hassle out of Christmas roast .
Kubota – Community Groups Fundraiser
We are seeking expressions of interest from community volunteer groups who are interested in providing food options during the Kubota Billfish Classic 2024. We expect hungry fishers to be looking for a fast snack after a days fishing at a purpose erected event centre on the site where the Seafood Festival is held. Typical food options could include sausage sizzles, paella, kebabs and/or any other fast-to-prepare clever options.
The dates for this event cover three days – Thursday the 14th to Saturday the 16th of March. This event will be an ideal opportunity for a fundraiser for your special cause.
