Fishing Report
Most reports have been telling me it’s becoming more difficult to catch snapper as we head closer to Christmas. There have been good catches in the last few days, and most people are still able to catch a feed, but generally it appears to be a bit more difficult.

Other Species are still being caught – gurnard on the sand off Cooks Beach and a good trev was caught by a land-based angler just north of the Bay.

As the water warms and snapper spend more time thinking about spawning, some traditional spots might be more appealing over the next month or two, including the Puddle.
