Roast Night Tonight 

 Roast Night Wednesday - Slow Roasted Shoulder of Lamb

We start the night before with a square cut premium lamb shoulder and season it with oregano, rosemary, garlic and a little stock. Top it off with ground salt and pepper and leave  it  covered for the night to mature. 

Then into a moderate oven on serving day for 6 hours to turn the meat super tender and marinated. De-boned prior to serving , ready to go at 5.30pm with a buffet of your favorite vege’s. 

Thursday Raffles

Last Night Raffles Will Be $2 !

This Thursday will see the end of an era when we see the last night of $2 raffles. From Thursday 28th August, raffles will increase to $3. 

This will enable us to have far greater flexability in the value of the raffle prizes on offer. In the last 12 months, meat prices have almost doubled which has restricted our ability to offer the standard of raffle prizes we have enjoyed in the past. 

Enjoy the last $2 night Thursday with all nornaml raffles - be amazed what's on offer for $3 starting on the 28th !

The club membership draw is  $900 this week.  And of course, world famous  “Chuck a Chook”  to round the night out.
